I should really start taking notes on how I find things, since I just found a great site but forgot how. Anyway, the site is Picture.com, and it was created by the International Library of Photography as a place for amateur photographers to share their work and be recognized.

I was at my daughter's last swim meet of the season a few weeks ago, and was watching the local newspaper photographer get some shots of the meet. He has been doing this a long time, as was evidenced by his Nikon D2H camera with a long, expensive lens.

German Photo Products and Field Trips

In honor of my German foreign exchange student, I am writing today about German photography product manufacturers. The first one that comes to mind is Agfa. Agfa produces film, darkroom chemicals, minilab spare parts, and has a wholesale division. Or, should I say, they used to do all these things.

I just got an email from a reader that sent me information on a new photo and video sharing service. This service is very easy to use, and is similar to using email. It is called Pickle, and it seems not only easy to use, but convenient.
